Well as the company takes a deep dive to the oblivion, losing significant human assets, Perion sticks to Do-Not-Retain policy.

The well known saying is that employees should be thankful for working at Perion and they are free to leave if they are not statisfied. So the majority of the best people left. Every couple of weeks there was a farewell of someone who was respected by its colleagues.

Leaving the others to wonder if this is the company they want to work for, and from whom will the learn and evolve 🤔.
